in 2020 during covid the FGC was running With the theme of “Connecting Communities,” the fourth FIRST Global Challenge connected the FIRST Global Community around the world to learn, innovate, and make change together during the COVID-19 pandemic.

a

in 2021 during covid the FGC is run remotely, and a number of activities was carried out without facing the opponent. The fifth edition of the FIRST Global Challenge focused on advancing new ways STEM can provide practical solutions to pandemic-related problems youth and their communities face across the world. We have to provide the  solution for a number of challenge and presented the solution via internet

This FGC2021 FIRST introduce a  New Technology Experience as an annual component of the FIRST Global Challenge, is a means for the student community to stay current with cutting edge technology with launching Cubesat satelit as the challenge.

Team Indonesia has successfully launching its Cubesat Weather Satelite Prototype on Saturday 18 Sept 2021, at 12;50 midday

The Cubesat, a small instrument package is tied to a 1.2 meter wide balloon filled with helium to launch into the stratosphere. The Cubesat rises with a balloon at the speed of approximately 5 meters/second and hence it will need about two hours to reach the stratosphere. It will deploy several sensors to measure the weather variables, sensors on the Cubesat measure profiles of pressure, temperature, and relative humidity as well as the GPS, UV and light intensity reading

in 2022 after covid, team Javaknights 7719 went to FRC Istanbul and managed to get

During Our experience with FIRST we see  how the teams uphold FIRST’s core values, and how well the teams practice them. we noticed teams collaboration in the pits, helping each other to improve each other, teams compete positively by wining  and collaborating  not by  destroying their opponent, everyone do coo-pertition and gracious professionalism to become a better person and reach their potential. And we discover a smart team,  celebrated like a football team.

Outside of competitions,
we also note how hard a team, prepared their business plan as well as presenting business proposal to the sponsor  and we remarked how the team worked in their spare time to do the outreach, spread STEAM and give back to their community and presenting it to those younger than themselves.

we fell in love with FIRST program that inspired so many good things in people so young.
FIRST® STEAM Activities inspires young people to be science and technology leaders and innovators by engaging them in exciting mentor-based programs that build science, engineering, and technology skills, that inspire innovation, and that foster well-rounded life capabilities including self-confidence, communication, and leadership.
